Ledger improvements and fixes

• Performance optimizations:
  • reduce the number of database connections used in the same API request and free up stuck db connections to not exhaust the connections pool under heavy load
  • simplified logic for checking access to add profs on intents
  • improved filtering speed performance for queries across all records
• Security and validation improvements:
  • activate bridge secrets encryption so that bridge secrets are encrypted in the database
  • fixed ledger ownership access rule check when there is no active ledger when performing ledger operations
  • added validation to not accept user-defined filters with properties that are not valid on the target record
• Migrated manual aborting and committing to statuses feature
  • if configured by status policy, the intent status should stay failed or pending and addition of proof with status aborted or commited by ledger will be ignored until an expected bridge adds the proof with same status
• Removed moment field from record data in the record changes model

Studio improvements and fixes

• Added new functionality to create intents within Studio
• Added new functionality to create signers within Studio
• Added new functionality to export changes and journal reports
• Updated Reconciliation report fields according to new definitions
• Fixed issue with some translations missing due to not invalidating cached translations properly
